Work process
1. Commission opening
When I'm open for commissions, I will make an announcement on BlueSky or FurAffinity. If you have any questions regarding commissions, you can reach out to me on the respective platforms.
2. Submitting the commission
Once my commissions are open, fill out the form linked on the announcement post or on the main page to reserve yourself a slot. Once it's your turn in the submission queue, I will reach out to you, confirming the commission.
Before I start working on your commission, I will ask to verify your ID, arrange the price and payment method, as well as ask you to pass me the relevant references and descriptions of what you wish me to draw.
3. My workflow
My workflow consists of following phases: sketch, line art, coloring and shading. On each phase, I will share you a current WIP and will expect feedback, suggestions or possible adjustments. Keep in mind that major changes past the sketch phase are only possible with additional price negotiations.
Once the artwork is fully finished and the payment is successfully covered, I will send you a high quality file of the artwork.
Payment
I accept payment only via PayPal invoices in euro (EUR). Other currencies are not accepted. However, PayPal already takes care of converting currencies into EUR.
When I send an invoice, I expect payments to be done within 48 hours (2 days). In case of an emergency, the payment can be delayed. However, keep in mind that I start working on your commissions only after the payment was successful.
If you fail to pay the invoice within the given timeframe, the commission will be terminated. Failing to pay the commission may also result in blacklisting.
ID Verification
To comply with the law, and make sure you are an adult, you will be required to present an ID when asked (ID, driving license, passport). I will ask for a photo of your ID showing your date of birth and a note showing your nickname provided in the submission and current date when the verification is asked. You may censor any other details about your identity. Once your age is verified, I will destroy the photo and ask you to delete it to preserve your privacy.
Cancellation and Refunds
As an artist, I reserve the right to refuse, reject, or cancel a commission at any stage. If an artwork has already been started and commission was cancelled, I will partially refund what you have paid and send you whatever progress I have on the product. Commissions that has been completed will not be refunded.
Usage of Product
You are allowed to post a final product on your socials and crop it into an icon. However, you must credit me as the initial author. If you want to modify or edit the artwork, ask for my permission beforehand.
I am allowed to stream my work process on the commission and share WIPs. If the commission is a gift and meant to be a surprise, I am willing to be discrete about it. The art piece won't be posted nor shown to anyone else until the agreed-upon date. I also allow private commissions, if there's a reasonable cause to do so.
As an artist, I retain the ownership and the right to display the completed artwork on my gallery, as well as to use it as a preview of my work and commission announcements.
